Pricing

All pricing is listed in New Zealand dollars and inclusive of GST at 12.5%.

Payment

Payment can be made by Bank Deposit, Credit Card, or Cheque.  Payment must clear before goods are shipped.

Shipping

All orders will be processed upon receipt of payment.  We will notify you of approximate delivery times with out of stock items.

Pricing is for shipping within New Zealand only.  If you are ordering from overseas please Contact Us to discuss your needs.

We offer shipping in recyclable plastic courier bag ($3.50 per order) or NZ Post in recyclable carton  ($6.50 per order). 

Returns

You may return or exchange your purchase within 21 days if it is in its original packaging with all tags attached and unused.

In order to better expedite your request, please include the following:

  • Your invoice, or a copy of your invoice.
  • Reason for exchange.

You will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred for purposes of exchange.
